Last October i started a journey. A soul journey. A heart journey. A body rejunavating journey. A back-breaking, what-is-a-plank journey…. It has been, in one word. A journey:)
I set a goal, of doing 320 workouts. I started last October. It is now August. And tomorrow, i will complete my 220th workout. And i will still have 100 more to go.
I thought i would update you on how this is going.
I feel great. A lot has happened in the past 219 workout days, a lot that i have maybe shared with you, or maybe not. But i feel like a whole new person. Instead of going through how great i feel verbally, i thought maybe i could share through pictures. And i noticed that i was a little camera shy 219 workouts ago (and 60+ pounds ago) but i will share what i can:)
This was taken in January, 2013, just before the Womens’ Retreat… I was working on my MCing and needed a boost. I hope you are boosted too:)

After Mexico, the weight just kind of fell off… Hence the skinny jeans, and the photo taken by miss Emily.
New muscles and bones, and pretty great sunnies…
All in all, it has been an amazing journey, and i still have 100 more to go! And yet as i look back, to last year, i realize so much more has changed than my bone structure.
Things are good, really good.
I will blog about that another time though.
